RETURNS
You have 15 days to return an item from the date it was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused or unworn/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must have all the original tags attached.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be immediately notified on the status of your refund after we finish inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
All refunds will have a 10% restocking fee of the returned item that will not be refunded to your original payment method.
You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your credit company or bank policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
