general manager: Madison sakamoto
Our Retail General Manager Madison Sakamoto joined the Redbarn family in 2017 and brings over 10 years of retail management experience along with a deep passion for cannabis. She is dedicated to offering customers a carefully curated selection of flower, extracts, edibles, tinctures, and more — always with a focus on quality and value. Madison personally evaluates every product to ensure it meets Redbarn’s standards, giving customers confidence they’re getting the very best Oregon has to offer. She leads with a balance of experience and vision. Her goal is to create a welcoming, reliable experience where customers can explore cannabis with trust and ease.
DISTRICT manager: Katelyn Hollamon
Katelyn Hollamon has been a part of the Redbarn team since December 2018. She began her journey with a strong desire to learn and quickly turned that curiosity into deep industry knowledge, becoming a trusted leader within the company.Through dedication, continued education, and hands on leadership, Katelyn has played a key role in strengthening store operations, developing high performing teams, and elevating the customer experience across Redbarn locations. She is passionate about cannabis education and believes informed conversations create better outcomes for both customers and staff. As a strong advocate for mental health awareness, Katelyn openly supports the responsible use of cannabis as a tool for wellness and empowerment. Her leadership style centers on compassion, consistency, and continuous improvement. These values align closely with Redbarn’s mission and culture.
Springfield area manager: taylor baldwin
Taylor Baldwin has been an essential part of Team Redbarn, supporting multiple dispensary locations and wearing many hats along the way. Her positive attitude, contagious smile, and approachable energy make her a joy to work with and an easy person to trust. Taylor enjoys cannabis as both a wellness tool for anxiety and a way to enhance life’s adventures. Especially while exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She brings good vibes, flexibility, and heart to the Redbarn team every day.
Springfield - Thurston Store Manager: ASHLEY Linde
Ashley joined Redbarn in 2020 with a mission to educate others on the medical benefits of cannabis. Since then, she’s worked across four Redbarn locations, building strong relationships, developing teams, and consistently elevating the customer experience. Using cannabis to help manage her anxiety and depression, Ashley brings real world understanding and compassion to her role as Store Manager. Her upbeat energy, bubbly personality, and passion for helping others make every visit memorable and keep customers coming back.
Roseburg - Stephens st. store manager: nicole bumgarner
Nicole joined the Redbarn team in 2021 with a deep rooted passion for cannabis wellness. Her journey began in 2012, when she started using and growing medical cannabis to help manage endometriosis and ovarian cysts, and her love for the plant has only grown since. Previously a massage therapist, Nicole brings a naturally compassionate and empathetic approach to her role as Store Manager. She loves helping customers find what works best for them and finds joy in hearing their success stories. Her calm, caring energy makes every customer feel seen, heard, and supported.
Roseburg - umpqua st. store manager: NATHAN MARRS
Nathan has been part of the Redbarn team since 2020 and has been a steady, reliable presence within the company ever since. Before joining Redbarn, he grew his own cannabis, giving him a hands on understanding of the plant and a deep respect for the work behind it. Over the years, Nathan has become a go to trainer and mentor, helping onboard and develop many team members across locations. Known for his strong work ethic and calm leadership style, he’s passionate about doing things the right way and always looking for opportunities to improve. Whether he’s supporting the team, refining processes, or helping others grow, Nathan brings consistency, care, and dedication to everything he does at Redbarn.
Myrtle Creek Store Manager: logan koch
Logan has been part of the Redbarn family since 2019 and is deeply rooted at our Myrtle Creek location. He’s a familiar face, a trusted guide, and a fan favorite. Customers know him by name and aren’t shy about asking where he is when he’s not around. After moving to Oregon specifically to join the Redbarn team, Logan brought a medical background and a passion for learning about the healing potential of cannabis. Using cannabis to help manage symptoms related to Lyme disease, Logan combines real world experience with genuine care, helping customers feel understood, supported, and confident in their choices.
